Hallmark System
The Hallmark/Spraymark system we use is a modified acrylic resin, cement spray coat system. Excellent for areas such as driveways, walkways, pool decks, and patios as well as vertical surfaces. The Hallmark system is also an excellent concrete restoration product, which provides superior protection for your concrete and allows for easy maintenance.

F1 Fast Floor System
The F1 system we use is a polyaspartic polyurea combination, which gives a high gloss clear coating. It can be applied as a solid color coating only or with chips, providing a terrazzo/epoxy-like finish. Its superior penetration and bonding strength allow for years of abrasion, impact, and long-term wear resistance, and offers protection against chemical splash, spills and skid marks. The F1 flooring system has a quick drying time, which allows for a quick turnaround and usage. VOC Compliant (except in California).

An average project takes 2 to 4 days. Larger, more complex jobs, may take longer. Weather delays can also be a factor. Clean foot traffic is usually allowed within the same day.
No, not dramatically, the CTI product has approximately a 2% fade factor over seven years, which is undetectable by the human eye.
The price depends on a number of factors, such as the condition of the original concrete, the patterns chosen, etc. This is why we offer a free estimate appointment to determine all of these factors.
Usually, normal washing with a hose is all that is needed. For stubborn stains, a brush with laundry detergent is all that is needed.
